French Cleat Lock
This is a 2 part design that screws to the back of a french cleat tool holder.
Designed for French Cleats that are 12mm (1/2”) thick and spaced 60mm between the top of one cleat to the the bottom of the one above.
Print with 3 walls for added strength. I sue PLA and it works fine. The tolerances are tight for a snug press fit. If your printer does not have good dimensional accuracy you may wish to adjust the hole size on the cam lock part.
To mount you need to drill a 25mm hold in the tool holder, place the lock on the back face with the slotted round piece sitting in the hole. Screw the lock in place and you are done!
